You Want Some Of This Shit?

A Bearbot =)

As promised I am doing a little post on just some crackin' tracks that have been hoggin my headphones. No theme, no shit. Just a few tracks! And I have to minus SMD's full album from this post. :(

First up... Futurecop! is a band composed of two dudes that wanted to revive the 80s. Their EP The Unicorn & the Lost City of Alvograth is composed of some stuff that shows they're well on their way to hitting us on the face with some great 80. But here's soemthing I just happened to stumble on yesterday, a mash of Futurecop!'s NASA and MSTRKRFT's Bounce. Oh Hell Yeah.

I've been keeping a close eye on Henry Homesweet - a Chiptune artist, since hearing his great Okii Robo Navigation System. This is a bit different, adding a thumping electro back-beat along with his signature 8-bit sounds.

How bout a little Dada Life to keep up the pace... Don't Feed the Dada is the epic starter to their album Just Do The Dada. That sentence's has too many Dada's in it! Anyway, it's something you must listen to with the volume very very high!

EEPROM is an independent artist and if you like this track I am putting up you should head on over to his website for some more of his great mixes and his full album Squares & Signals for FREE! Check it out here.

Another independent duo of awesome remixers are BEARBOT. Who are they? Well... once upon a time a bear met a robot and they made sweet love and had a bearbot. Well that's what it says under their bio anyway! So here's a 15-minute electro/hip-hop mix by them. Seriously worth a listen. Also, they're mediafire page has ALL their tracks. Again, for FREE. Jesus, I love independent artists!

I am exhausted! I hope you enjoy listening to any of the tracks. Remember we always appreciate your input.
